The Turtles Join Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds as SEGA Drops the TMNT Pack and Sets a Four Day Festival

SEGA released the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pack for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds on July 28, 2026, putting all four Turtles on the starting grid alongside the Sonic roster. A limited time TMNT Festival event follows from July 30 to August 2.

What is in the pack

Per SEGA’s announcement, the TMNT Pack contains:

  • Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo as playable characters
  • The Pizzafire Van vehicle
  • A New York City course
  • New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles inspired music tracks
  • Six emotes per character

The Turtles use their Mutant Mayhem designs, the same look carried forward by the Mutant Mayhem sequel arriving August 13, 2027. That makes this the first playable outing for the Mutant Mayhem incarnation outside its own tie in titles.

Price and access

The pack sells separately for 5.99 dollars. It is also included in the 29.99 dollar Season Pass, which itself ships inside the Digital Deluxe Edition, so Season Pass and Deluxe owners unlock the content automatically. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam.

The TMNT Pack was revealed earlier in 2026 as one of the closing entries in the CrossWorlds Season Pass, announced alongside an Avatar Legends pack scheduled for October.

The Festival window

SEGA’s July event calendar lists the TMNT Festival for July 30 to August 2, a four day in game event tied to the crossover. Collectors and players who only want the Turtles content should note that the festival window is the shortest dated element of this release.
