Super7 has made the Turtles from Leatherhead's nightmare, at $65 a figure and capped at 1000
Leatherhead spends most of “Hunted” apologising. He breaks Splinter’s teacup, shoves Raphael across the lair when the teasing lands wrong, and bolts off into the sewers ashamed of a temper that Agent Bishop’s experiments left him with. Then he falls asleep, and the dream puts Bishop, Shredder, Baxter Stockman and his four closest friends in front of him, every one of them with their teeth filed to points. [1]
Super7 has made the four friends.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ULTIMATES! Wave 16, the Nightmare Turtles, went up on Super7’s own store just before nine o’clock Pacific this morning. Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo are $65.00 apiece, the set of four is $260.00, and all five listings are in stock behind a live add to cart rather than a pre-order button. [2] They are 7 inch figures with 19 points of articulation, they arrive in window box packaging, and, on Super7’s own listings, every one of them is marked a Super7 Exclusive, limited to 1000.
Donatello gets the least and pays the same
Buying one of these rather than all four turns on the loadouts. They are not the same from figure to figure. Each comes with a second nightmare head, along with two pairs of spare hands, clawed open and closed to grip. After that they separate. Leonardo gets two katana and two more with white slashing arcs moulded onto the blades; Raphael gets two sai and two spinning sai built as red and white discs; Michelangelo gets his nunchucks and a spinning pair. Donatello gets a bo staff and a single spinning bo. Nothing else goes in his box, and he costs the same $65 as the other three.

A Super7 effect part is normally a nice extra you put in the drawer after a week, but the thing this wave is reproducing is a dream sequence in which four friends come at you out of the dark. Buy Donatello alone and one disc is all the motion on the shelf; buy all four, and the arcs overlap the way they do in the episode.
Super7’s store is the only one carrying it
BigBadToyStore is carrying 63 Super7 ULTIMATES Turtles this afternoon, the standard 2003 series Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo among them, and it has nothing at all for Wave 16. [3] Those standard four are in stock there at $43.99 to $52.19 behind discount badges of ten to twenty percent. A Super7 Turtle a year or two past release usually ends up somewhere around there. The nightmare versions are $65 at a single address, and Super7’s own Buy 3 Get 1 Free does not reach them, though it is running on Wave 13 and on both ReAction+ waves further down the same page: the five Wave 16 listings are flagged sale exempt. [4]
A Super7 exclusive at this run size tends to sell through and then turn up on eBay at twice the money. A regular ULTIMATES release can be left alone until somebody discounts it, because somebody always does, but this one has no second retailer to wait on and no sale to wait for.
The four pack is $260 and the singles are $65 each, so the set costs the same as buying them one at a time. Buy on the figures, not on the saving.

Our Super7 ULTIMATES 2003 line index has the catalogue entry for every Turtle in the line this one is built on top of, and the 2003 series episode guide entry for “Hunted” has the plot in full, including the bit where a monstrous Michelangelo is the one calling Leatherhead awake. For the character rather than the toy, the Leatherhead page covers him across the comics and the cartoons, Archie and IDW included. And the Labor Day sale we wrote up in September is the sort of Super7 Turtles promotion these five listings are exempt from.
Prices and stock in this piece were read off Super7’s own product pages this afternoon. Super7 has capped each of the five listings at 1000 and has one place to sell them from, and nothing on the page will say when the last one goes.
Footnotes
- “Hunted” is the fourth episode of season three of the 2003 4Kids series by our episode guide’s numbering, thirty-seventh of 144 overall, first aired 27 November 2004. Super7’s listing copy calls it season 3, episode 8. Numbering for the 4Kids run differs between sources depending on whether production or broadcast order is used, and the scene is the same one either way.
- Read off the five Super7 product pages at 13:20 ET on 26 October 2026. Shopify’s own publish timestamps on the listings run from 08:58:11 to 09:02:41 Pacific the same morning.
- BigBadToyStore search for “Nightmare Turtles” returns no items; the same search box returns 63 Super7 ULTIMATES Turtles for “TMNT Ultimates”, which is the control that makes the zero worth printing. Read 26 October 2026.
- The sale exempt flag is carried on all five Wave 16 listings. Wave 13, ReAction+ Wave 01 and the Mutagen Ooze four pack all show the Buy 3 Get 1 Free badge on the same page at the same time.
