Included with the Playmates 1995 toy line that was a mixture of Savage Dragon characters and Jim Lee designed Teenage Mutant Turtles. Insides were identical for all versions. Only the front cover differed. Issue variants are named by which figure they were packaged with. The Savage Dragon title was used for those four figures, while the Jim Lee's TMNT title was used for the remaining three. Leonardo was prototyped, but never went into production, so there is no Leonardo variant to the minicomic.
